PREMATURE EJACULATION

Premature ejaculation is a male sexual dysfunction characterized by ejaculation which always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about one minute of vaginal penetration; and, inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations;

Ayurveda Says

• It is described as Shighrapatan in Ayurveda.
• Causative factors are Vaat and Pitta dosha. When these doshas are increased they may provoke the vaat nadi to respond earlier and the person cannot hold it for long.

Treatment

• Controlling the vaat and pitta should be the prime motive of the physician. In ayurvedic texts lots of herbs and yoga kriyas are mentioned for treatment of such conditions
• Herbs like Ashwagandha, Sarpgandha, Brahmi, Tagar, Tribang, Abhrak etc are mentioned with combination of anupan for better results
• We are treating the problem on daily basis with fairly good results.
